The borrower successfully completed a Chapter 13 discharge in July of 2017, but accounting anomolies resulting from a loan modification during the BK allowed the 1st mortgage lender to lift the automatic stay before discharge and then refuse payments. Borrower has stable salary employment with minimal debts other than the housing expense and will refinance all liens against the property in 15 to 24 months. I am offering a partial assignment of the full TD along with my personal guarantee on the interest that is purchased.
